2.1: Empowered Professional: PBS motivates teachers to incorporate a variety of relevant tools and activities to improve student learning outcomes; teachers are able to adapt to each child's personal learning style and needs by assigning and/or recommending certain types of activities for individual students (some students might be more visual learners, so they might recall information better from videos; some students might be more hands-on learners, so the might recall information better from the interactive activities, etc...)

2.6: Facilitator: PBS includes quizzes and/or “check-in”s throughout the lesson plans. By having these assessments, teachers are able to check-in on students and make sure they are being proficient in their work and learning; if a teacher sees a student struggling, they could help to find them resources and/or have a 1 on 1 meeting to see what's going on.

If that is lectures and note taking, then I will do that for students; if it's through innovative technology, then this will be a good starting place for that. Additionally, this gives students the opportunity to take their own education into their own hands, in and outside of the classroom. I might assign homework through PBS Learning Media, or have this tool there for students to do extra practice outside of class. The ability to adapt to different children's learning needs helps to overcome one of the hardest adversities teacher's face in today's world: accommodating to all students.

Another strength of PBS Learning Media is that this tool could be all encompassing to the teacher's needs, rather than trying to sort through and organize multiple different tech tools day in and day out. One of the largest contributors to this rating is the fact that all things on PBS Learning Media are free for teachers and students. 
PBS Learning Media does a wonderful job connecting to both ISTE and TPACK standards, and not even just some of them, but all of both (just some of the ISTE Standards stand out more than others)
Additionally, the variety of resources on PBS Learning Media makes this tool as inclusive as possible, giving opportunities for all types of learners.
