Simon &amp; Schuster Books for Young Readers.&nbsp;</div><div>This book is about a girl that has darker skin then everyone in her family and everyone in her school.&nbsp; The children at school gave her nicknames that she did not like. She wants to look like her mom and sister and struggles with her self-esteem. Her mom talked with her and explained that beauty comes from the inside. She found her self identity and learned to accept herself in a positive light and her confidence grew.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
