I am pretty familiar with the app iMovie which is what I always use. I am not sure if I paid for this app but I would recommend using it. It is easy to use you can add in audio, voiceovers, videos, and photos from your phone. I have the app on my laptop but always use it on my iphone. I find it to be much easier on my phone. And it helped me explore different technicalities of making a video. Since the final for this class has more content, I think I will have to watch some YouTube tutorials, so that I can have a more comprehensive video. I think my first step for this project will be to create an outline of what I want in my video to brain storm the ideas I would like to share. After I've figure out what ideas I want to talk about the next step for me would be to go back through my work from this semester and look for visuals to use in my video then I would look for audio I want to use. After figuring out the content I now need to learn how to put it all together on a video app. This would require me looking up tutorials on how to create a video. As far as the steps I will take is to ensure that I give myself adequate time to do the video because I’ve issues with my wifi and sending the videos I want to make sure everything comes out as planned within the video. As far as advice make sure you do this in a timely manner because when I worked with emailed I struggled a bit to have it emailed can’t remember the reason but it will save some stress getting it done ahead of times.

I like Adobe Spark and how the videos turn out, but I notice that it takes a long time for the video to load if it's a larger project. Screencast-O-Matic in my opinion is much more difficult to use. I was required to use it in my ECS 468 class, spent hours trying to figure out how to use it, and then more hours actually doing the project just to find out that there would be a huge watermark covering my entire video if I did not pay $20 to have it removed. This year I've had to record multiple videos for ECS 470 and it's been a little of a challenge with technical issues like files being too big to email and trying to figure that out. Luckily I have a boyfriend that's more techy than me and can help me out. I think that's some advice I would offer, if you're not confident in your video/tech skills, maybe ask someone who is to help you or give you some tips.
