I am quite experienced and knowledgeable about the art of Drama as i completed it for 5 years during school, participated in a number of plays and shows and taught drama lessons for a short period of time prior to my transition to university. During my HSC i completed an individual monologue and group production, adopting a number of dramatic skills and elements. I have performed the art of drama in a number of town Estedfods, attended both Riverina and State Drama Camps and participated in school production nights. According to Ryan and Healy (2008), my experience suggests that i am applying drama as i show progression, interest and intensive experience in the art. Drama exposes a broad range of art elements and skills, it considers, movement, spatial awareness, expression, colour and tone. What i enjoy most about drama is adopting, developing and letting a 'character' take over and play a different role to who you are as a person.

Media is broad art form that plays considerate roll in our everyday lives. Technology has played an evolutionary roll in media as it is a crucial part of todays society and being able to keep up with its advances is crucial for an individuals connection with society. My personal experience with media would be classed as experiencing the known (Ryan & Healey, 2008). My media experience can only discovers social media websites such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Googles searches, mobile phones and computers. I have used computers and computer technology from a young age. I began using computers at home to play games and then progressed as I began to attend school and started using computers for research tasks ad other educational concepts. I now use my computer computer for an array of different things such as to complete my studies, online ship an arrange work schedules.

When I was in Year 10, I was lucky enough to get my first laptop as I went to a BYOD. Having a laptop allowed me to be able to complete work efficiently, complete class research and investigations promptly and take notes in a timely, structured manner.
I got my first mobile phone when I was in Year 7 and since then I have had 6 phones. Experiencing several different phones exposed me to a number of different resource platforms, and this still occurs in the developing work in which we live in today. For young people in today's society having access to media is something that is taken for granted.

Music is a large part of my daily routine and life. I no longer create or play music, but i listen to it each day as a means of relaxation, exercise, enjoyment and well-being. From the ages of 9-16 i received guitar lessons and played the guitar as an extra-ciricular activity. Unfortunately i have not retained much of these skills and now the instrument is a very foreign to me and reading music is very vague. I was involved in 'Glee the Musical', as school production and 'Greece' a town musical production that exposed me to musical concepts, however i my main roll was dancing in both performances. According to Ryan and Healy (2008), i am conceptualising music skills and experiences.

Dance uses a number of different art forms similar to drama. It requires structure, form, colour, expression, awareness and many other artistic elements. Although now i will only dance on the wildest of occasions, as i child i danced comepitivey and non-competitively until i was 16 years old. Tuesdays afternoons and Saturday mornings my sister and i would pile into the car to go to dance practice. Reflecting back it was such a fun exciting time.
During school I performed in 'Glee the Musical' (school performance) and 'Greece' (town performance) as a dancer. I loved the hype of the costumes and the buzz of the audience, as a young girl it was thrilling and exciting. According to Ryan and Healy (2008) i am analysing (analysing critically) the art form of dance as i can recall the feeling dancing gave especially tap. We would complete this move each lesson, holding our posture strong, are arms bent in a running position, our legs were to be bent, loose and not still and our heads up facing the mirror. The dance teacher would repeat the move thousands of times a lesson to ensure we were getting it right.

Although i was apart of a number of solo and group routines during my younger years, Jazz and Tap Dancing were my favourite styles and something i was proud to do.

It is safe to say that when it comes to drawing that I do not have an artistic bone in my body. When i was young and in preschool like any child painting was one of my favourite activities. I would paint all day if I had the opportunity. As I got older and moved into high school art was something that I really did not enjoy as it was difficult to understand and I was just not interested in it. Now as an adult and having a gap year I worked within a child care centre, so art was a very prominent part of every day. During the set up of each room you had to think of what art activity would be able to suit the theme of the week or what suited the interests of the children for that day. You had to supervise the art table and communicate and help the children with their art. This helped me to begin to enjoy the concepts and ideas of art as I was able to discover how much joy the children were able to get from painting or drawing different creations. It was fascinating to see how their imaginations worked and the pictures they created. This was a very eye opening experiences. The evidence that I have attached is a drawing that I completed with a child at the Child Care Centre that I worked at. My place on the Ryan & Healey table would definitely be Experiencing the new.

Visual Arts appears in our everyday worlds. It focuses on the shape, texture, formation, spatial awareness, colour, tone ... and so the list goes on. Although i do appreciate visual art pieces such as Indigenous artwork and sculptures in museums, i have minimal interest in creating and developing my artistic ability.
Pre-Covid 19 i had not participated in the art form in years, however during lockdown my house mates and i thought we would get some canvas's and paints to make time go by. This was my latest experience with Visual Arts. During the process i appreciated what artists can do as there were so many things to consider. My painting employed minimal artistic features, however the process was fun and took up necessary time. According to Ryan and Healey (2008) i am 'Experiencing the New' when it comes to Visual Arts.
