         <description><![CDATA[<div>E.coli is transmitted to humans primarily through the consumption of raw or undercooked ground meat products, raw milk, and contaminated raw vegetables. Also, contaminated water that is ingested can present E.coli. <br>If left untreated E.coli toxins (Shiga toxins)destroy red blood cells in a process called hemolysis. This can lead to kidney failure and death. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Unfortunately there are no current treatments that can cure E coli. For most the best thing that can be done is to get plenty of rest and fluids. Fluids will help prevent dehydration and fatigue.  </div>]]></description>
