It was built during the mongol emperor's Shah Jahan rule in India. This emperor had a lot of wives, but one of them was his favorite, who he started calling as Mumtaz Mahal. Something happenned to her, and when she was having their 14th baby, she didn't survive. In honour to her life, Shah ordered that a big place to keep her body was constructed, and this is how Taj Mahal kicked off. It took 22 years to be finished and 20.000 people worked on it. The cathedral commemorates a military victory against Mongol forces, in which Kazan was captured by the Russians. The layout of the cathedral consists on a central church surrounded by eight smaller chapels. Each of the chapels is associated with an important day during the battle for Kazan.

The architectural design of the church is unique and stunning. Its influences may include Byzantine, Muslim and possibly, Italian Renaissance styles. It has 45 meters and in order to provide structure and support to the inside of the majestic domes was used a wooden and metal framework resembling a birdcage. 

This breathtaking cathedral was made with a little bit of gold, but mostly wood, stone, and brick. It is the most different and colorful cathedral in Russia, maybe in the world.

The Big Ben, the clock and bell in London's Elizabeth Tower, was cast in 1858. The bell, first rang in the tower on May 31, 1859.

The Palace of Westminster was destroyed by fire in 1834 . In 1844, it was decided the new buildings for the Houses of Parliament should include a tower and a clock. 
A massive bell was built and the first attempt cracked. The metal was melted down and the bell recast in 1858.

The whole tower was originally built using Anston limestone, although much of this was replaced with Clipsham Stone after it became clear that the original stonework was reacting with air pollution and decaying badly. The Bell is made of Bell Metal (Copper and tin). Standing 96 m above de ground, the Big Ben was designed and constructed by the architects, Augustus Pugin and Charles Barry.

Covering an area of more than 9km length and 8m high, it is considered one of the new Seven Wonders of the World since 2007.  It was built from stone, sand, soil and brick in the Imperial China Period for military purposes. The Great Wall was not just a wall; it was an integrated military system with watchtowers for surveillance, fortresses for command posts and logistics, signal towers for communications and flanking towers. It is assumed the construction began in the Warring States Period and ended during the course of other dynasties.
