I would like support with how to approach teachers who have not consistently implemented action steps coaching action steps. This group of teachers I'm thinking of want to learn and get better, and we co-create these action steps. However, I (and admin) are not seeing the coaching consistently transferring into teacher practice for this group. I've tried using a variety of coaching modalities with this group (planning, live-coaching, modeling, role-play, reflection, etc.), so I would love to know what to try next!

I'm currently working across school teams with teachers using different curriculum for math specifically (IM, IReady, Eureka-basic and squared). Not having access to planning materials is challneging. But would also like to learn from others with more experience with different curricula

My sessions are short with principals and instructional coaches & they're even shorter with teachers. How do I fit in all the necessary info within 1.5 hrs yet still ensure we discuss mindset and the rationale behind using a specific curricular source, while still giving folks time to practice and ask questions in the moment??

Some publishers have implementation rubrics they use when they do supportive visits to districts who've adopted their curricula. I've been on the look out for HMH into lit and Savvas for high school
