Targeting? After the Nazis took control, Jews and Romani people were persecuted, as were liberals, socialists, communists, Christian churches, and individuals who resisted Hitler's reign. People with mental or physical disability's were murdered. 

Effects? Within the Nazi regime, there was genocide and forced labor. These murders are referred to as the Holocaust, which will result in the deaths of 6 million people.

Targeting? Repressed opposition of his rule over Italy and taught schoolchildren about ideals. Wanted to take land in Africa, such as Abyssinia which pushed back against Italy in the 1890's

Effects? Italy was able to seize Libya, colonize Somaliland, and conquer Abyssinia (modern day Ethiopia). Fascist propaganda spread and penetrated Italy, supporting Mussolini and his ideals. This helps create the global depression because people needed more money to pay the tariffs, and for the money you need jobs, and when inflation is increasing because of Germany printing a lot of money, jobs are getting taken up. When there aren't any jobs for people, then people go into debt, and the government isn't making any money, and thus the global depression happens

Against the country of Spain being led by the Popular Front, a left wing more democratic rule. Nationalist were led by General Francisco Franco. Some Historians argue that the Spanish Civil War is the actual beginning of WWII, to what extent do you agree or disagree and why? I agree with this statement as even though Spain was not apart of the war as a whole it mildly supported the Axis.
