I faced that people don't attend the call and later they call us but because we don't have data so I am unable to recognize them . 
2. Wrong number is the second challenge .
3. People uses rude behaviour is the third challenge. 
4. After listening the name of FEA they hang up the call.  
5  Some students are working and they need rest also so they say that after working I want rest so i can't work more.

All the three numbers are incorrect

Nobody picked up the call and call back in the evening or night that time it is hard to recognize their name or sometimes their relative call back and it hard to get information from them.

Sometimes it happens when the student get to know someone is calling him from FEA, he hang up the call but when I call him he used to give his mobile to his parents and said to his parents that I am not at home.
