The next day I returned and was super confused on what we were doing. The teacher told me to look to my classmates for help but they didn't make sense and I ended up not turning it in. The teacher then scolded me for not finishing it and I got a C.

This relates to the theme because even if you're just not feeling school at the moment, it is definitely not worth the consequences. The next morning I woke up very late and decided to miss out on the school day. As it turns out, we had presentations that day and I didn't make it. When I returned to school, the teacher made me present in front of the entire class alone and I STILL got points taken off.

The next day I found out we were doing partner work and since I missed out on school, I did not have a partner. Everyone seemed to have one and I was all alone. The teacher pulled me aside and told me I could work alone because group of threes were not necessary. The material was very hard and I had to do it all by myself. 

How does this relate to the theme?

This relates to the theme because I could've been saved from all this hard work if I had just shown up that day. The ending to the netflix show was so not worth it too.
