Besides, every country is marked by its major religion. Each country has then inherited a particular vision of gender roles that are still influencing our way of functioning today. Here are some suggestions to improve the situation. The most important reason is the stereotype of the fact that the girl should stay at home and take care of children and the boys should work to take care of their family. On the one hand, we shouldn't dictate the behavior of people and on the other hand, we should start to support girls. On top of that, parents should raise awareness in the new generation about equality gender. Furthermore, in the world of work, especially head of a company should divide up the task between men and women on order to give the same wages and favour the same number of employees. At school, we should organize prevention.
