I can infer from Source A that the Russians lived in fear under Stalin's brutal rule. This is evident in "my father was taken from my home in the middle of the night by the Stalin's Secret Police". This suggests that it is not uncommon for Russians to be taken away at random times of the day, and Russians have to live in fear for every minute of their life as there is a chance that they will get taken away by the Stalin's Secret Police.

This is evident in Source B, "The Party led the Russian people into slavery and deprived them of will, freedom and life." This suggests that Stalin took away the freedom of the Russians and the Russians could not retaliate.

I can infer from Source C that if any politician dares to oppose Stalin who was a manipulative politician, he/she would be made answerable to false accusations by Stalin and were imprisoned and executed eventually. This can be seen from the source which states, "Stalin decided to arrange for the assassination of kirov and lay the crime at the door of the former leaders of the opposition and thus with one blow do away with Lenin's former comrades.". This tells us that Stalin eliminated politicians who did not support him ruthlessly and were supporters of Lenin as they were seen as a threat in his political career.

I can infer from Source E that the Soviet government were merciless and threatening. The source states that "He was broken down by interrogations and by threats against his family and finally confessed to be involved in a rebellion against the Soviet government in 1927.The breaking point had come when his interrogator had got up in his presence and made a call to order the arrest of his wife,Zina." This suggests that the Soviet government were not backing down until they got what they wanted and even people who made big discoveries of Russia were killed.

I say this as Source H states" The most common theory has Stalin fabricating a miltary conspiracy to tighten his control over the Soviet State" This suggests a theory that Stalin instructed the Red Army to kill anyone who were deemed as threats and enemies and obey his order even though it meant executing many other people.

I know this because the source states that, "Whatever Stalin's precise role in the assassination of his political rival, Kirov, he used the murder as a pretext for eliminating his opponents in the Communist Party, the government, the armed forces and the intelligentsia." This tells me that Stalin wanted to have Kirov killed as Kirov was a threat to Stalin and may replace him anytime.

I can infer from Source A that life was full of fear for the Russians under Stalin's rule. The source states, "When I was ten years old, my father was taken from my home in the middle of the night by the Stalin's Secret Police," and "we were banned from our town" This suggests that life for the Russians were really harsh, as Stalin and his workers were torturing people and taking them away from their homes. Russian families also lost their family members. The people in Russia lived in fear and thus making life for the Russians really frightening under Stalin's rule.

I know this because the source states "Stalin came to the conclusion that if he could prove that Zinoveiev and Kamenev and other leaders of the opposition had shed the blood of Kirov, the beloved son of the party, then he would be justified in demanding blood for blood." This tells me that Stalin was willing to frame

As the source states," Kirov's assassination served as the basis for 7 separate trials for the arrest and execution of hundreds of notable figures in soviet political ,military and social life." This suggest that stalin used his power and authority to assassinate those who opposed him and to frighten away his rivals.
