I use Guess Psychological Disorder and Guess the Famous Psychologist.  

Tell the teams they are creating a series of puzzles, riddles and/or games for the other teams in the room.  These puzzles should lead players to resoultion they choose i.e. disorder/psychologist.

There some websites that can help and power point templates that students can use.
