A SWAT team gathered on the steps of 2 wrong house 583 8th Street and 593 8th Street. But they went to the second house and didn't know it was wrong and they were tearing apart the Jimerson family’s home. The wife was in the shower, the husband was sleeping and the kids were in there room and they got showered in glass from them breaking the windows, and hade them at gunpoint. Karen sued the police officers who did it and there constitutional rights were being violated. A wrong house raid is a Fourth Amendment violation and Lewis admitted that he violated the family’s rights.
