         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first slang I learned is "DMV." I learned that DMV means Maryland from a black person from Maryland. In PA, "DMV" means the government agency that registers and gives Driver's license. <br><br>On the note of Black Language or the Black dialect. I am able  to distinguish that from written English since I will not necessarily understand when I first encounter them.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Ironically I wrote an article about this for a magazine. I think Black language is the way that Black people communicate with each other outside of a predominate white culture. However, there are stipulations to the language. You have to really understand the lingo, you can&#39;t just say any regular schmegular Black person is using it. There&#39;s a cultural element to Black language. </title>
