         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="wixui-rich-text__text" href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29891057/">Ataxias cerebelares ligadas ao X (XLCA - X-linked cerebellar ataxias)</a> , que como o nome sugere, estão relacionadas com mutações em um gene no cromossoma X.&nbsp; </p></li><li><p>As doenças de padrão de herança ligado ao X podem ter efeitos diferentes em homens e mulheres. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Em geral, estas ataxias têm progressão lenta e são transmitidas com maior probabilidade para os filhos homens, pois as mulheres possuem duas cópias do cromossomo X, enquanto os homens possuem apenas uma. </p></li><li><p>Os sintomas mais comuns incluem hipotonia, deficiências intelectuais, atraso no desenvolvimento, ataxia e outros sintomas cerebelares (tremores, dismetria etc.).&nbsp;</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>A expressão "ataxia idiopática" é geralmente utiizada nos casos em que os médicos não sabem o motivo pelos quais uma pessoa está com sintomas de ataxia (ou seja, a causa é desconhecida).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MSA (<em>Multiple System Atrophy</em>)</strong></p></li><li><p>Atrofia de Múltiplos Sistemas (AMS), ou <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="wixui-rich-text__text" href="https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/multiple-system-atrophy/#:~:text=Multiple%20system%20atrophy%20(MSA)%20is,breathing%2C%20digestion%20and%20bladder%20control.">Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) </a>em inglês. </p></li><li><p>A MSA é uma doença degenerativa rara, que pode causar uma grande variedade de sintomas. </p></li><li><p>Há dois tipos principais, a MSA-P (o tipo Parkinsoniano) e a MSA-C (o tipo Cerebelar). </p></li><li><p>A doença pode causar disfunções autonômicas, tais como incontinência urinária e hipotensão ortostática. Outros sintomas comuns são movimentos oculares anormais, desordens de sono, problemas de equilíbrio, fala (disartria) e coordenação motora. </p></li><li><p>Sintomas de Parkinsionismo como tremores e rigidez são mais comuns na MSA-P.</p></li><li><p>Ataxia de marcha e disartria são mais presentes na MSA-C. </p></li></ul>]]></description>
