Case: She was texting while driving, which has lead to the accident taking place. She was irresponsible for doing this.

Passenger-Sidney Young

Case: She got seriously injured by the car crash which was caused by Riley and she was taken to Duval County Medical Center to fix her lower leg and foot. She also suffered less serious injuries on her head, chest and right arm.

Research - I looked at the different aspects of what was going on in the court and looked at specific things and compare for example the day of when the incident happened which was a school night - 3

Listening - I was communicating and listening to the points by the prosecutor and the victims and defended myself well - 2
