When I think of you as a colleague the first things that come to mind is support, comfort, and care. You have the amazing ability to make people feel seen and heard at all times. Your talent for making the time keeper job be the most supportive role on our team is beyond compare.

I will miss having you at our coaching meetings, and I am so thankful that the students in SoWashCo will get to have the experience of being in your class and learning from one of the best humans I know.

I admire your ability to truly coach by selecting just the right question to ask. You help people develop their own insights and empower them to solve their own problems. You have this uncanny ability to keep a conversation solution-focused and keep the ownership on the coachee. You don't insert yourself or your own curiosities or desires to feel helpful; you stay patiently by someone's side until they have the agency to solve the problem in the way that works for them.

I'm impressed by your reflective nature and how you refuse to let a problem define you. Rather than getting consumed by worry, you embrace a problem as a growth opportunity. You are constantly reflecting on and analyzing your own actions and you want to continuously learn and improve.

Some other qualities that make you a strong member of our team are your attention to detail and your unwavering honor of the absent. Your focus on clarity in communication means that every project you touch gets taken to the next level. You never speak poorly of anyone and even make it impossible to know whom you are speaking about.
