I really liked how the first presentation gave a lot of ideas for connecting with different stakeholders in different ways. Sometimes we forget about informal leaders in buildings and how much influence they have over their colleagues.

1) I resonated with both presentations today and saw them really complimenting each other. Using Model A to develop a leadership team and beginning with establishing a vision while standing true to our commitments.

2)We are working through developing a leadership network. I know we partner with ANet and want to see how they may support our work with this.
