1. teacher: walking around because there wont be that much gravity.
2. doctor: there might not be that many people on mars so who ever would be on mars and they needed surgery all the equipment would float everywhere.
3. farmer: because there wouldn't be water and grass for the animals
4. builder: where they would get all the trees for the wood or the water for the bricks and it wouldn't be air type because theirs not that much air on mars

2. Finding a way of fixing problems (architecturally, like if we need to expand because something happened to a wing of the area or if the structure needs repairs) without having to fly  materials up from earth- making mars life independent and sustainable. 
Supplies we take for granted on earth like surgical gloves will be hard to make on mars sustainably, so we need to look into an alternative.

3. Limited (if any water) and red soil not ideal for planting, as well as cold  temperatures, so harder for plants to grow and us to be warm. Not being able to breathe

4. cardiovascular endurance to make heart rate more efficient and make better use of oxygen, exercise to circulate blood and warm body (but then you need more water). Body waste may be used to fertilize plants like in 'the Martian'

Those were just some examples We would need a government if there was a lot of people moving to mars. Of course if there is a government there would be laws and policies that you have to follow. You would have to commit your whole life living on mars and never regret moving to mars in the first place. Food farmer, water filter maintainer and check ups, air filters maintainers and check ups. Construction. Earth to mars communication. Science and technological advancing scientists. Basically a good variety of professions would be good on mars, although the least important stuff and the most impractical for mars (not containing a vital link towards survival) ie marine biologists, fishermen, athletes,.

2.  Evolving a different way from humans back on earth, humanity would be split, and once all the humans on mars get used to the gravity and terrain. they will evolve differently.

3. Landscape? We will need to improvise our habs, rovers and habitats to work security and reliably on the terrain, building must stay strong on weak and unstable ground, and infrastructure needs to stay strong in these tough conditions also. Vehicles may need to be different from earth as the gravity and terrain is all different. Vehicles will be more energy efficient from the gravity although may need better grip and suspension due to all the rocky and sandy terrain. Also making sure no sand and dust could get into the engine and cause some vent breakdowns with any exhaust systems etc

4. Staying motivated to lead humanity and using your body to your peak in physical productivity levels. Help around and just stay strong. Do whats necessary because survival will be harder with less people. The workload will be greater on people although the human essentials and demands will be lower. 

Another quick question : How many satellites currently orbit mars/ how many will we aim for/ whats the delay/buffering time between communications and wifi between earth and mars? Whats the upload/download speed and how long would it take to send a msg?

At first when colonising Mars there would need many people skilled in:
1. Engineering

3. Science in different fields: botany, geology, astronomy, chemistry, etc.
4. Medicine and surgical tasks.
5. Astronauts

7. Cook? Because it's always nice to have good food?
In many occasions the pioneers to Mars would need not only one but many of these skills. For example the astronaut will probably need to know some botany or engineering as well...

Challenges
People travelling to/living on Mars are subject to a high risk of death/injury and many other risks as well. For example if their oxygen supply somehow got destroyed or used up they will die in no longer than twenty-four hours or their muscles might get too weak by the time they reach Mars. Any number of horrors can happen! 

Landscape/environment
There are no (or almost no, if you will) life on Mars, so whoever goes to Mars will probably not get sick unless you brought the sickness with you! And whatever bacteria will probably not survive for long on Mars.

Bodily resources
You are from Earth, a place with much gravity (compared to Mars). If you exercise properly during your journey you will most likely feel strong on Mars. 2. Very careful with a lot of materials and make sure everyone don't break anything with the materials. Everyone need to be very aware of the weather and about the 4 seasons. If suddenly an earthquake going to happen.
