         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teaching kids to resolve conflict will help them with learning overall because it's a collaborative process. Working in groups will inevitably result in tensions or conflicts at any given point, but this is an opportunity to learn, grow, and it's a natural and necessary part of the process. In addition to gaining interpersonal skills, kids can also learn to seek solutions for themselves rather than seeking an external source (ex: the teacher)</div>]]></description>
