Do we use a screener or a standard assessment. 45 day screener or Exact Path. Are we looking for children below benchmark or are we focusing on all children. Getting a data base that would build a profile of each child that would allow us to see the whole picture a where a child is at on everything (attendance, assessments, tier instruction, SEL support, IEP, etc.). Right now, it is very time consuming to look through all of this for a teacher with 25-30 students.
