the Paris climate agreement was going to help the pollution/carbon emissions to go down. With the United States being in this agreement this means the pollution across the country goes down, including the great lakes region which includes Ohio, this means a better environment and a better Lake Erie letting life prosper even more. But when trump pulled out of the agreement this meant that the great lakes and the rest of the country wouldn't be getting the help it needs, which meant pollution and carbon emissions were only going to get worse.
