Team members with similar personalities can understand each other sooner and make a decision quicker. Disparate personalities take longer to make a decision and are slower in understanding each other. Different types of personalities will have less conflict.<br>2. With lumina you can see what kind of characteristics you have. This is the same in the artical. You look at different personalities and how they work together.&nbsp;<br>3.
