Baby side is from 0-3 years old and bigger side is from 3-5 years old. Language spoken is English and sometimes they prefer to let the workers speak in Inuktitut. Visaka is one of the main leader. My favourite program was singing in a circle with all the toddlers and infants and letting them go to their nap time. I liked working there because I enjoy being around infants and toddlers and I always wanted to work at a daycare and there’s none in my community.

Tundra Buddies Daycare is located in Iqaluit and it is the largest Early Learning and Child Care centre in the territory. Tundra Buddies Daycare is a multi-lingual centre that practices the IQ Montessori approach.

An individual in town has opened up her home during the day to the kids in her care. She provides wonderful programming and a safe space. It is located in Iqaluit in Happy Valley.
