         <description><![CDATA[<div>In cold weather most animals must eat large quantities of food to obtain the energy needed to carry on normal body activities. Before hibernation one small Eastern Gray Squirrel was beginning to  look for nuts to hibernate and store energy in fat deposits. While looking for nuts, the Eastern Gray Squirrel came across a  Black Giant Squirrel. The Eastern Gray Squirrel had a couple of nuts stored in his useful cheek pouch. The Black Giant Squirrel threatened the Eastern Gray Squirrel to give up it's nuts, but the Eastern Gray Squirrel didn't pay attention to the threat and continued looking for more nuts. The Black Gray squirrel attacked the Eastern Gray Squirrel because the food was limited and the Black Giant Squirrel wanted to win territory. The Eastern Gray Squirrel didn't have any  nuts to feed his offspring's. This caused the Eastern Gray Squirrel and offspring's to lose their ability to use their 2 front teeth to eat because they didn't have any food; and because they didn't have any food, they lost their nutrients and the ability to use their strong muscles in it's forearm, abdominal and paws to climb and jump between trees. This caused the offspring's to pass this trait onto their offspring's. Throughout time, the Eastern Gray Squirrels began to die because they lost their front teeth; making the Eastern Grey Squirrel species to become extinct. Meanwhile the Black Giant Squirrel has increased it's chance at survival, to reproduce. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Agonistic Behaviour varies among species; It consists of three kinds of behavior: threat, aggression, and submission. These behavior  are functionally and physiologically interrelated with aggressive behavior. The function of Agonistic behavior is to obtain food, facilitate access to another sex, establish dominance sex, win territory, and protect their young. It is seen in many  species because resources including food, shelter, and mates are limited.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that social benefit is very important because it is a side of life of organisms. I remember learning an experiment in my Ap Psychology class, Unit Social Psychology; and it was a case where an animal was isolated from the group. At the end of this experiment the either the animals became sick or died. This helped psychologist understand  what animals would do to survive and reproduce. <br>There's two reasons why I think there's  benefits of social behavior. 1, it improves hunting success and 2, it improves protection from predators. For example, lions hunts in groups, the reason why they do this is to successfully be able to trap a  group of smaller animal, and with this they're able to survive as a group and this is why social group is increased. It also helps animals to protect themselves as a group rather than 1 animal alone. This is why a group of Lions will get together to hunt as a large prey.</div>]]></description>
