         <description><![CDATA[<div>Grantham College's ECU project explored ways to advance equality for disabled learners through apprenticeships. They produced a brochure aimed at encouraging and supporting businesses to employing young people with Learning Difficulties or Disabilities.  It features four case studies of apprentices who are Learners with Learning Difficulties or Disabilities.<br>This is one of a number of projects which was focused on this theme they can be found in the Project's area of the Equalities Toolkit website.</div>]]></description>
