Why or why not? It is a good method because it will reduce injuries and allow for negotiations for peace and for the people.

I think it might work, but it will take time and trust. There are still small attacks happening, which shows that both countries need to follow the agreement more strictly. If they keep communicating and let neutral observers help, peace might last longer.
