I honestly did not think that this was the experience I would gain from attending, I had thoughts about whether it would be as boring as school classes and how could this even compare to actually traveling. Although it obviously can never compare to the physical experience, it was much more than I expected! You all really put in time and effort to make this an amazing and captivating program. I have created a lot of memories (and friends) here and I can’t wait to use my experience in the world. This would not have been possible if it went for you all. I love and appreciate every single one who participated in this program and I’m anticipating the day I can actually meet you all!

Thanks to the delightful Georgetown team (Sami, Megan, Chris, Magdalena, Elisabeth, and Marguerite), I can say that I've become a more confident, knowledgeable leader who is prepared to affect positive change within my community.

Another important point is that I have been inspired to never give up. You all have changed my perspective on failure and taught me that failure is just a bump in the road, and never the end. This has given me a second wind, and has motivated me to continue to strive for greatness!

The memories and knowledge garnered from this program will last a lifetime. Again, I am so grateful for the opportunity to have participated in this program, as well as the planning and preparation that went into making this program so awesome!

To Sami, Neila, Chris, Nicolas and Megan, thank you for all of your inspiring words. You have indeed owned up to your roles as mentors, ate it up and left no traces. Thank you for that. From the first day of the program you worked tirelessly to ensure we the YA's were entertained, comfortable, enjoying the sessions, and actually learning, forming new skills as we embarked on our hero's journey. You were always there if we needed help or had any questions, planned the most ridiculous and fun activities yet helped us to open up and look at our lives from a different perspective and more seriously. 

You provided us with the tools and prime environment to grow. To grow individually as better people, to grow together as friends and ultimately as family, and for that words will never be enough to express our never ending gratitude! 
Thank you so much once again for this experience! You more than exceeded my expectations for a virtual exchange and really pushed the limits on zoom! 

As we close our last session together you will all always be in our hearts as our session leaders, mentors and our YA family! I am excited for the next YA's to embark on their journey with you and I know they will have a blast because of your amazing work, dedication, execution and enthusiasm. These past 5 weeks have been indefinitely impactful. It was awesome getting to meet you all, thank you  so much again.
