I think he deserves to be on this list because he made many people follow him and obey him. And he even got the smarter ones to be quiet about his ruling in hopes for them not to turn on him. I think he deserves to be on this list because he was a leader and in crazy ways. I think he deserves to be on this list because he was so known around the world for doing good things and trying to maintain peace between religions.

Known for being that Duke of Reichstadt, Price Imperial, and King of Rome. He also wrote a play about his life. He was a very like leader. 

France needed a good leader and i think Napoleon was that especially sense he had no governing background. I think he deserves to be on this list because of all the peaceful things he did in trying to help Germany. He had many diplomatic and political achievements.
