1. On Leadership Applications they included a spot for parents to sign it, so that students would talk to them about how they are leading at school. 
2. They tracked attendance and tardies in their notebooks and reflected on it regularly. I thought this would be good for HMS with our attendance % not being the greatest right now. 
3. 1. Pick Your Passion Time-very similar to our action teams, but they stress that each group is working towards service learning in some way related to their passion. 
2. They have greeters greet kids/staff who enter the building every day. 
3. To help parents understand the habits, they offered a book study to them and supplied the books.

At St. Clair, they have 25 on their SLT and it acts as an elective class. The kids plan an array of activities, but there didn't seem to be a lot of room for other groups to do this. I did like that they have the students teach LEAD lessons at the elementary school and at their school. This included a Science room where they had a “Cell”abration to review for their test. A huge group of students stayed after to create a jeopardy game—questions, answers, and a slide show—“Pin the Organelle on the Cell,” “Write a Letter to a Sick Cell” to tell it how it will get better, and they also created Quizizz and Kahoot for their peers. They—the kids—taught each of the classes about each game and ran the lesson in stations. 

I was flabbergasted!  Their stuff was incredible!
