Desde distintas perspectivas:


-Conductismo: se enfoca en los resultados académicos.

-Constructivismo: valora aprendizajes significativos y contextualizados.

-Tardif (2004): un docente eficaz integra saberes pedagógicos, disciplinares y profesionales.

-Bandura (1997): la autoeficacia influye en la motivación, creatividad y persistencia del docente.

-Según Darling-Hammond (2000) y Marzano (2003), un docente eficaz:

  • Planifica con propósito.

  • Evalúa y retroalimenta.

  • Fomenta la participación.

  • Se adapta al contexto.

  • Busca la mejora continua.
