But I still think that the others are important too like state rights and power,No cruel unusual punishments,Other rights not included  in constitution,Right to trial  by jury in civil case,Rights of the accused speedy and public trial,Freedom of religion,No forced quartering of troops,No  unreasonable searches and seizures,And right to due process of law.That is why I choose number 2/Right to keep bear in army. I was torn between number one,and number eight.But I eventually settled on number one because without the freedom of speech and religion tyrants
would put people in jail for standing up or their beliefs.Why I thought it may be number eight is because if somebody was charged of something tyrants would torture them and possibly permanently damage them.But then I decided against it and chose the freedom of religion and speech.
