Tu étais le jeunot fraichement arrivé aussi quand je suis arrivée chez Solvay cours Albert 1er ;)
Et que de route tu as fait depuis...
Nous n'avons pas beaucoup travaillé ensemble (le début de Slalom) avant que je parte sur le T&E.
Je retiens ton côté fonceur, râleur aussi (mais tu étais à bonne école avec Philippe :) ), mais plein de compétences et soutenant ses équipes.
Je te souhaite de continuer à t'épanouir dans ton futur tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel...
Et n'ai pas d'inquiétude sur ta capacité à rebondir.
Alors bon vent, et que nos chemins se croisent à nouveau...

I really enjoyed working for you on the Solstice Aero and Wave 3 projects.

The many PMC meetings and other meetings/discussions (face-to face and remote), the many large event weeks in the Princeton office and Crowne Plaza Conference Centre, the huge amount of presentations, the many plant visits - This was an intense period resulting in successful project outcomes.

During Covid period it was fun to see your children coming into your home office and doing everything to get your attention. Here you showed us how great your noise cancelling headset worked for you, indeed for you - as it was nice and quiet for you and pretty noisy for us on the other side - as the microphone recorded your children loud and clear. That was funny. You really got the most out of your ex-pat period in Princeton with so much travelling around - every weekend or short vacation you were going somewhere with your family - that was nice to see. I've seen you as a great spectator/fan of soccer - particularly your Paris team; In one of our plant trips you brought the PMC to a soccer game in Manchester, this was a great experience. Also have to mention that you are a great barbeque cook, you invited the PMC at your home and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately I have never been able to convince you to go for the Green Egg. Maybe one day…

Nos routes se sont croisées aux 4 coins du monde de Bruxelles à Paris, en passant par Lyon, Calcutta, Bangalore et Houston. Beaucoup de challenges et de "great projects" ont parsemé nos échanges, des 1ers moments à XL (avec ton air de jeune consultant parisien qui nous snobbait un peu, nous les petit(e)s Belges) aux derniers moments ensemble dans les Management Team Meetings durant lesquels nous collaborions beaucoup plus, j'ai découvert un collègue très humain et je garde d'excellents souvenirs de notre collaboration. Je t'ai vu donner beaucoup pour Solvay, grandir au sein de Solvay et j'ai apprécié nos discussions, ton leadership, ton énergie et ton enthousiasme. Solvay perd un collègue précieux ... d'autres en bénéficierons.
Je te souhaite beaucoup de succès pour ce nouveau chapitre de ta carrière. Prends bien soin de toi et de ta famille.
