Life expectancy:

The life expectancy for Canada and Japan is high because they are healthy at those ages, they have resources to support themselves, and they have vaccines and health care to make them live for so long even 100+. But this is not the case for Mali. Mali is a poor country so they don't have resources to support themselves and for that reason, they don't live that long and die before even reaching 80+. Also, they don't have health care.

Birth rate:

The country Mali is low on population, and they are poor, so that's why they give as many births as they can to increase the population and to make money to support themselves.

Canada's and Japan's birth rates are low in those countries because the family doesn't have enough money to support the family and nowadays it is expensive to have children since you have to do and sacrifice a lot for them and their future.

Total dependency load:

since Japan has a lot of people being born and trying to increase their population more and they are doing that to increase income for the child-rearing generation.

Mali is the poorest or poor country with no support or food or anything to support its people so that's why they are trying to increase their percentage so that they can be helped out. The dependency load for Canada is high because of the decline in the fertility rate over the last couple of decades. The total dependency load of Canada has been increasing steadily since 2007.

we care about these countries because we want to see how they are doing, what is happening, why it is happening and what to do to help them or to at least support them in times of need. For example Mali, it is a poor country with no resources whatsoever, no food, water, shelter, even no health care to help the people of Mali to survive. Its for that reason that Mali's people are not living so good and don't pass the 70+ age category or even 65.
