By asking a rhetorical question, he makes the crowd think they came to the conclusion themselves that Cesar wasn't ambitious. The crowd thinks they came to that conclusion because Antony didn't say it outright, this makes the people believe he isn't manipulating them. This feeling makes the people shift more towards Antony's side and how Caesar wasn't ambitious and didn't deserve to die

Would it also be fair to say the whole Scene II was an antithesis? It seems that two contrastingly opposite views are being presented here.
