Some, not all, cases were based on skin color, but many were. One was about the Scottsboro Boys rape case. Apparently, "nine young African American men were charged with the rape of two white women in Scottsboro, Alabama."

The men had been charged, tried and sentenced to death for their crime. Many other cases like that one were made up falsely due to racial identity.

The Nazis were "National Socialist German Workers" who ruled Germany from 1933 to 1945. The Nazi leader, Hitler, had the idea that Germans had to have blue eyes and blonde hair. The Jewish had brown hair and brown eyes.

Due to this Hitler/the Nazis had set up numerous containment camps where they kept the captured Jewish race. In those camps, the Jewish were either where they were either "killed immediately or forced into slave labor."
