One that multiplies and mutates and does not stop. Its mission is to deteriorate and eat away, causing complications and health issues. The worst part is that there is no cure to stop this moving train. Sometimes it can be removed. Other times, one can only hope that treatment works. That much I know. When I hear about cancer, I can't help but think that one would feel hopeless, knowing that they have this disease that can result in death. Although I've heard stories about others who had relatives or close ones who had cancer, I have never met anyone with it. As I was growing up, I was told that mainly women get cancer. Breast cancer to be exact. I was told that girls could get it if they get hit on that area, so I was always very careful when I played sports such as basketball.
