There isn't even a hint of a smile"(Fehler).<br><br>This is an example that shows that the injury was so severe and there is no upside given the fact that the doctor had no smile to give to his mom showing that there was even a little bit of good news. So it shows the stress that his mom probably has right now knowing that there is something very bad that has happened to Luke and could affect him for the rest of his life.</div>]]></description>
