- What are they trying to overcome? I am helping youth overcome the fear of coming forward to talk to someone about what they are going through.
- How can I help? I can help by being there for those children, being someone safe they can talk to, giving advise.  Our plan is to create a healthy support system.
- How long is the process? We can help youth for as long as they need, but they must attend for a minimum of 2 weeks.
- How am I going to advertise my organization?

- What are they trying to overcome? Suicidal thoughts and attempts. Our goal is to put positive thoughts into their head by showing them the wonders of the world and get their mind off things.
- How can I help? My team and I can be there to listen to ones feelings, keep them safe, help them connect to the world by doing activities, ideas for self - help and finally, make a support plan.
- How long is the process? The process can be as long as they feel the need it to be but has to be a minimum of 4 weeks.
-  How am I going to advertise my organization ?  I am going to have my own Instagram handle, place flyers in places with youth like school, park, recreation centres and present my organization and what it offers at school assembly's.
I am going to provide an information form for parents and include a well written support plan fro the child to fill out.

The process will take as long as it needs to depending on how severe each persons PTSD is but we are willing to help for as long as it takes.
