A: My strengths are describing the objects such as a piece of artwork or a film in detail and summarize the book chapter by using some abstract words and expressions.

A: My areas to be developed are the cohesion and coherence throughout the writings and also the way to cut down the word count by avoiding some awkward word choices and useless words.
Q: Do you think your grammar has improved?
A: To some extent, yes it is because it is necessary to check and rethink the grammar after finishing the draft of the writings. Before starting the sentences, the grammar structure or form of the sentence should be considered as well.
Q: Do you think your vocabulary has increased?
Yes, definitely. While writing the tasks, the range of vocabulary and the validity of it should be taken into consideration. We need to implement the vocabulary by using synonyms rather than the repetitive words.
Q: Do you think your voice can be heard?
A: To some extent, yes. In the tasks such as book chapter review and film review, my own tones can be naturally and clearly added into the text. However, it's still a bit hard for me to integrate my voice into the text and it reminds me of taking more practice in the future.

A: Yes, I do. When I started thinking about the links and connections between contiguous sentences, the cohesion should be considered at the first time by using repeated words and ideas, reference words and transition signals. With regard to the feedback including positive and negative points, I sincerely agree that this book chapter review lacks of cohesion and the profiles of characters are not distinct without contextualization. This pertinent comment reminds me of some essential elements of a writing and inspires me to compose a piece of writing with repeated words, reference words and transition signals in order to develop cohesion and improve logical construction. In addition, the clearance and consideration of audience is also an important aspect while writing because sometimes the readers do not have enough background knowledge about the involved content.
