This Kaleidoscope project aims to preserve and save these rich, unique, and endangered cultures from Slovakia. In this project, I will be highlighting various aspects of Slovakia’s culture, such as food, music, festivals, fashion, tradition, etc. These interesting cultures were all formed and originated by people who lived in Slovakia thousands of years ago. Even though the culture of Slovakia is currently facing the threat of disappearance, as a member of this Kaleidoscope project, I seek to prevent these cultures.

Bryndzové halušky is a traditional dish from Slovakia and is considered a national dish. It is a kind of potato dumpling with bacon. Originating from northern Slovakia, Bryndzové halušky has gained popularity among locals, Bryndzové halušky lovers create an annual Bryndzové halušky festival that includes an eating contest. Unlike pizza or pasta, which have become widely known in many countries, Bryndzové halušky remains relatively unknown outside of Slovakia. I hope to introduce this delicious Slovak dish to more people around the world.

https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/57890-bryndzove-halusky-slovakian-potato-dumplings-with-bryndza-cheese
