Further moving on we had  a discussion about multiple choices and responsibility . They  had well explained about how do we understand dharma and connect it with the choices that we make. This topic was well put together by the case study of Mahabharata  and a deeper discussion about 2 of the characters in it. 

The other part was all about our Traditional foods , Yugesh sir had explained about the origin , our favourite foods and the power of it . 
The video took our understand a step further.

And it taught us to make the right decisions and take responsibilities even for small things we do in our everyday life.We also saw how dharma is connected with choices.And the cases studies in Mahabharata were also shown. The first case study was about Gandhari - the queen of hastinapura. She was a renowned devotee off lord shiva and she was given a boon of 100 sons and 1 daughter. Since her husband dhritarashtra was blind from birth, she didn’t want to see the world that her husband couldn’t see ,so she publicly made a vow to blindfolded herself for the rest of her life. This choice she made was wrong and lead to the death of her son.
And then we saw a comparison of responses between the choices made my Gandhari, panna dai and rani laxmi bai. Similarly, the next case study was about drona - the royal receptor of kuru clan and about his wrong choice.We also saw about the character arc of these characters. Next we saw about traditional foods and its origin through a play by crea shakthi.

The conflicting choices taught me the consequences a choice can cause. The case studies  helped me get aware of the problems a choice can cause. The right and wrong choices made by the characters of Mahabharata. Yhe play organised by crea sakthi and the efforts put by them during this pandemic is amazing.

This topic created curiosity in me .Mahabharata is something which is well known to all of us. All of us had our own idea of the dharma carried by various characters in the epic. But this webinar helped us to see through the dharma of one, through a different perspective. For example Ghandari and Dhronacharya were well known for their sacrifices and good qualities, but through this seminar we were able to see the other side of their dharma in a different perspective. if Ghandari had been a brave queen instead of sacrificing wife ,the annihilation of the kaurava clan would not have happened. So I’ve learnt to see Dharma in a different perspective. It also helped me to think before I make my choices and to choose the path of Dharma which doesn't affect anyone.

They explained about dharma very deeply. 
Today i learnt a new character called gandhari
And it was intresting to more about it. It was hosted by Sidharth sir and Lakshmi mam. I found them to be one of the greatest storytellers. We learnt more interesting myths and stories behind the important characters of Mahabharatha. The history of Gandhari, Draupadi, Duryodana, Dhritarashtra, Arjuna and many others in detail. I found it to be more useful and beneficial as it elaborated upon the ethics of Mahabharatha. The main objective of the session "Conflicting Dharmas" was perfectly highlighted. I see this as an opportunity to take pride in the glory of our history. It helped us understand the intimate values of Mahabharatha. 

The session was continued with a play by Crea shakthi. It was concerned about our traditional food. The play carried more values . We came to know how important our traditional food was portrayed in our myths and culture. We gained a lot of knowledge as well as had fun. I could learn more things about Dharma, Choices  and responsiblilities .It was really amusing to know that simple choices that were made by the characters of Mahabharata have changed their life. That too especially that of gandhari. Her choices, which she made for her own privilege had lead to the war of Kurukshetra and lead to the decline of Kauravas. The session really helped us in discovering the importance of making the right decision when we have too many choices, which all seems to be right.
