- I study Business Administration
2. Why did you choose your career?
- Because it is a multifunctional career that allows the application in different sectors of the industry, very well paid in any area of an organization and also helps me to enhance skills such as leadership, decision making, conflict resolution and financial management necessary for the implementation in companies.
3. What would you like to do when you graduate? why?
- I would like to do a specialization in Human Talent Management because through the experience I have gained I want to train myself to be a good leader in the position I aspire to, besides being able to travel, learn other cultures and languages.
4. What job would you like to have after your graduation? Why?
- I would like to be Head of Human Resources because I like this area and the company where I currently work offers me this opportunity, although I would also like to be part of the marketing and sales team, and I would also like to implement my knowledge acquired over the years in the creation of my own company.
