There is clear evidence of several problems, of differing types and on all levels, both state and federal. Corruption, extreme nationalism, discrimination, racism, unrestricted violence, biased media, separatism sentiments, police brutality...the list goes on. These problems are rooted in our country and won't go away until we do something about them. This is not new. This conflict is the result of years of festering resentment and hate. I think this is bringing attention to problems that should be fixed if we are to move forward as a country.
