Ones should include: reports, essays, lesson plans, grades, recordings, videos, etc. In future, should you recap your work, re-asses them or even apply for a job, an E-portfolio is always an excellent way to show them.

Applications nowadays are widely spread and they are easily accessible. Applications that help in making an E-portfolio are: 
1) Easy Portfolios
2) Evernote
3) Open School E-Portfolio
4) Weebly
5) Google Drive
6) One Drive
All of these are simple and easy to use, but I prefer OneDrive since we've been using it since a month and we are familiar with it.
