*  Are  daily audits in place to assess whether the central line is needed any longer?

*  Are central lines being handled and maintained appropriately? 
* Is monitoring in place to identify units and trends (if any) with known CLABSI during 2016?
* Has RN knowledge of CLABSI been assessed on all units?
* Is literature review available to ascertain best practice and identify opportunity to improve practice here at SVS?
* Is assessment in place to identify current (nursing) process for assisting MDs with central-line insertion?
* Is education available for hospital staff on CLABSI and the "bundle" used to minimize these infections.
