He got stolen and he asks for help because he has nowhere and no money to stay for the night.<br><br>FIRST STEP: Helping him to go to the police to report the case, contacting the national embassy.<br>Trying to keep the young traveler calm giving emotional support.<br>Contacting the local shelter if they have a place for the night or finding a place for the night through friends using our social network. Offering some food.  Using our emergency funds of our organization.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The case is about homesickness and cultural shock. <br><br>We are mentors, the ones who listen, tell about the cultural differences, spend time with her (also with help of colleagues). We also let her to tell us about her culture.<br><br>We'd help her to get friends and hobbies, activities to get her enjoying her life. <br><br>We can tell her the ways to be in contact with her own family and friends. <br><br>Our help is the colleagues and our network. <br><br>Strategy: We'll meet her regularly (f.ex. once a week for 5 weeks). <br>We can advice her to get all the thoughts out of her mind, by writing a diary for example. </div>]]></description>

Inform friends about what will happen if he does nt go to work and where they can address this problem (e.g. police or social service).<br><br>Resources: Friends, working place, contacts<br><br>Approach: Not too much involvement, provide information on official authorities that may help, trying to stay in touch with him after the problem solved.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Crisis: Helen and Benjamin have been involved in a car accident. The car was rented and Benjamin got injured and was hospitalized. They don't have an insurance and the hospital tells that they have to pay the hospital bills themselves. They have EHIC-cards. <br><br>Support: contact family, contact hospital and explain the situation,  find out what the options are and what happened - who's responsible? does our insurance cover this situation?<br><br>Resources: hospital contact, info on the EHIC-card, family contact<br><br>Strategy: contact home +hospital and check our insurance, find out what happened and gather the facts+info</div>]]></description>
