I like to add a lot of detail and colour into my notes so when it is time to study, I can type them up onto my computer. Flashcards and study guides can also help. I don't enjoy just reading notes for studying. I would rather have them colored to signify importance or have maps, diagrams, and picture in my notebook. Pictures are a big help to me and I often use them to explain a concept. That way, when I study, I have to interpret the picture to understand what it's telling me.
