What do you want to achieve with the project? 

-        A tool kit for language teachers to help them enhance 21^st century competencies/ life competencies for teenagers and young adults during their language classes.

-        The toolkit will include activities that refer to the Cambridge life competencies framework, lesson plans, readymade activities on life competencies, readymade self-assessment and team assessment questionnaires for the students adapted to their needs, guidelines for teachers on how to interpret the tasks, notes for the teachers for the follow up tasks and action plans on how to guide their students in their personal and team development 
Who is your target audience

-        State school and private school  language teachers that teach teenagers and young adults 

-        Teachers who want to enhance their professional development by gaining coaching skills 
Who will the results be intended for: 

-        Teenagers and young adults attending high schools, universities, vocational schools or young adults not attending formal education but aiming to pursue a professional career 
Why do you need international cooperation? 

-        We need to involve different countries to be able to create the materials, to test the deliverable, to receive feedback, and eventually to adapt the materials. 

-        For quality control

-        To bring together expertise for implementation of the materials 

-        For dissemination 

-        To implement materials in different contests including different backgrounds 

-        To translate materials 

Are your goals in line with the Erasmus project? 

The project is in line with the priorities which underline the importance of participation in democratic life, common values and civic engagement. The project will foster the development of social and intercultural competences, collaboration and critical thinking.
